I can not speak highly enough of the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. It is an outstanding museum, and really one of the best in the whole world. And the Museum of Science and Industry will be having MANY FREE DAYS in September. Free days are September 6-9, 12-16, 19-23, and 26-30. Basically, any weekday after Labor Day. You can not beat this first class treat.
And speaking of treats, if you can't make it in September, October 31st is another MSI free day! No trick!
